You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any content without written permission.
You agree not to use this website for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activities.
3. Quotes, Pricing & Payments
All quotes are valid for 7–14 days unless otherwise stated.
Pricing may vary depending on site conditions, product availability, supplier pricing, or scope changes.
A deposit may be required before project commencement, with the balance due upon completion, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Late payments may result in service suspension and/or interest charges.
4. Service Installations
Installation dates are scheduled based on availability and may be affected by weather or supplier delays.
The client is responsible for providing safe access to installation areas.
Any additional work required due to unforeseen conditions (e.g., cabling access issues, structural obstacles, electrical repairs) may incur additional charges.
5. Warranties & Product Guarantees
All products supplied are covered by manufacturer warranties only.
Verivision provides workmanship guarantees where applicable.
Warranty does not cover:
Misuse, accidental damage, theft, power surges, lightning strikes, water damage, or tampering.
Third-party interference or alterations after installation.
We recommend clients have surge protection and stable power supply to protect equipment.
6. Support & Maintenance
After installation, clients may request support through verivision@cybersmart.co.za.
On-site callouts and maintenance outside warranty or service contracts may be billed.
Remote support is offered where applicable and may be charged depending on the request.
7. Data, CCTV Footage & Network Access
Clients are responsible for managing their own CCTV footage, passwords, backups, and access control.
Verivision may request temporary access to systems for maintenance or support and will treat all data confidentially.
It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that footage storage devices (e.g., NVR/HDD) have sufficient storage capacity and are functioning correctly.
8. Limitation of Liability
Verivision is not liable for:
Loss, damage, or inconvenience resulting from equipment failure, network outages, power outages, ISP downtime, or user misconfiguration.
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Security breaches resulting from weak passwords, unsecured networks, or client misuse.
The client acknowledges that no security system is 100% fail-proof.
9. Cancellations & Changes
Orders cancelled after acceptance may incur costs for products already purchased or labour already undertaken.
Scheduling changes must be requested in writing at least 48 hours in advance where possible.
